Artist: I'm starting a webcomic and I need a vector artist. I'll do story and writing. I will add the speech myself, too. There will be a couple bucks a month involved if I can get enough traffic to the site. (Pay: $5 - $10 a month)

Web Designer: Your job will be to create an eyepleasing, elegant, layout for my website. I know basic HTML and I will be able to help as much as possible using Dreamweaver. I would LIKE to use pure PHP but anything else works too. Flash is a big plus if I need to choose between two people. (Pay: $15 for a layout and $5 for any other help)
